Ontological accumulation of educational knowledge based on the service information networks

This article discusses an ontological model of knowledge representation for their accumulation in distance learning systems. When collecting information used WSDL and OWL-S technology service descriptions in global information networks. The resulting technology has been effective in practical use as a subsystem of Internet-portal of general education.
