Standard elements method in computing of the magnetostatic problem with feature of solutions in the vicinity of the corner points

Proposed to use the standard elements method to account for feature of solutions of the boundary value Dirichlet problem for Laplace equation in the vicinity of the corner points of boundaries, to increase the accuracy of the computation and reduce the dimension of the problem.
