Cyclic Reed-Solomon codes as a recursive sequence and decoding using the dual basis

The article presents a new approach to cyclic codes of Reed — Solomon as a recursive sequences and their decoding using the dual basis. The conditions under which a Reed — Solomon codes can be used decimation procedure, which strengthens the corrective properties of a cyclic code.
