The theoretical basis for improving the adhesion of the conducting layers of dielectric substrates

Abstract:
The appearance of great pulling electric fields at anodic bonding process with a conductor surface turns out to be possible due to the interlayer polarization developing in ionic dielectric under the action of electric voltage. This results in a negative charge accumulation in a layer of small (several micrometers) thickness and adhesion enhancement. A physico-mathematical model of the join of ionic dielectric to a conductor is developed.
