Abstract:

The paper considers the performance of an amplifying final stage of a broadcasting transmitter of the UHF range, in which excitation pulses are formed at the expense of charge and discharge of the lamp input capacity. It is shown that it can be technically implemented through a scheme similar to a series inverter. We have analyzed the capacitor load performance of such an inverter. The corresponding experimental results are demonstrated.
