Methodological provision for estimating probability characteristics of operation processes in organizational and technical systems

An approach to determining probability characteristics of operation processes in organizational and technical systems was proposed letting obtain optimal, in terms of Bayesian risk minimizing, probability distributions of average number of specific events and average event rate at selected time intervals, and the predicted distribution of time between events.
