Computer-aided organizational design implies identification, description, analysis, design and change of organizational structure, business-processes, system of goals and measures of an enterprise. Such systems also produce regulating and analytical documents. Ontologies can be used to solve the main problem of existing systems - multitude and inconsistency of enterprise modelling languages. The article describes ORG-Master methodology and tool for ontology-based organizational design.
