Microhardware-software restoration of logic of programmed logic integrated schemes with use is functional-full tolerant elements

The article considers the proposed restoration of the FPGA logic by microhardware-software implementation of logical functions, providing critical situations calculation of systems of boolean functions in the exhaustion of reserves for a few bars. The hardware part is proposed to build with the use of elements with FCT basis.
