Formation of evaluation software changes in MIS

This paper presents a method for change estimation during MIS development and maintenance process. A set of interconnected tasks and solutions forming the core of the proposed method is discussed. Proposed solutions allow for decreasing costs related to roll-out and maintenance of large management information systems software.
