Moments method in generalized functions theory and its applications to system analysis and control. Foundation of the theory

«Moments» representations of some classes of generalized functions are given. Theorems, which are producing evidence of main properties of such classes, are presented. The results of the analysis may be taken as a principle of some new techniques of solutions of certain classes of problems of mathematical physics.
