Inaccuracy of Doppler shift determination by means aplitude-modulated chirp signal

It is made analysis of the action of the time-and-frequency dispersion of ionosphere radio link and background noise on accuracy of the Doppler shift determination by means continuous amplitude-modulated chirp signal. Analytical expressions are obtained for estimation of resolution. It is presented results of numerical simulation and is ascertained extreme values of parameters.
