Controlling information maintenance procedures in automatied management systems

Problems of forming approaches to and using criteria of information maintenance processes in automated management systems are considered. The topicality of the research is substantiated by the necessity of raising efficiency of the systems in question. The approach is offered for handling the queues in priority queueing systems.
