Rank detector impulse-type signal agains the background noises with unknown distribution

Abstract:

The rank detector of the pulse string with binary accumulation against the background noises with unknown distribution is introduced. The research is based on analyzing the probabilistic characteristics in case of presence nonfluctuating and fluctuating with Reley rule signal.
