Abstract:

This article is devoted to the reduction of the timing of design, quality and reliability of high-and super-developed telecommunication devices through the introduction of CAD applications. We consider the structure of the software complex CAD "Telecom-MWO". The results of the use of CAD "Telecom-MWO" in problem solving research and design of power amplifiers and self-excited oscillators transmission devices.
