Capability resource formation of a regional transport communication network of national control information systems. Statement of the problem

Stream structure synthesis' problem of a regional transport communication network, which consists in lines' capability selection with regard to their physical realization using a nominal sequence of speeds of PDH and SDH transmission systems, requirements of structure reliability under nonlinear approximation of cost function of line channels is formulated and is solved in article.
