The use of variational principles for computer simulation of ferroelectric domain boundary dynamics in the temperature gradient field

The paper focuses on computer simulation of domain boundary pattern in nonuniform thermal field, which is based on variational approach. The numerical method of local variations was used to solve the model problem. Simulations allow supervising the ferroelectric domain boundaries dynamics as well as estimating the component of polarization current due to domain boundary movement in the temperature gradient field.
