Abstract:

Recurrent neural networks with biological neuron models are under consideration. Comparative analysis of bio-inspired recurrent neural networks with other approaches applicable to model neural activity is provided. Reservoir computing software is developed to model recurrent networks with unstable dynamics of spikes.
