Abstract:

This paper proposes results of design and simulations of down-converters for ultra-wide band receiver working in 802.15.4a standard. The design of voltage control oscillator (VCO) block and mixer for 3.1-5.0 GHz and 6.0-10.6 GHz bands based on 180 um CMOS technology has been included.
