Method of assessing the financial risk at designing and installation of the enterprise computer network

The article offers a technique of financial risk estimation method at designing and installation of an enterprise computer network. The expert estimation method, hierarchy analysis method and theory of random values are used for stage of works risk calculation. For increase of accuracy of calculation the approach based on decomposition on levels and works is used.
