In article models and algorithm of construction of the maintenance program of a complex of life-support systems of a building are offered at sharing of two criteria of an optimality: the maximum reliability and the maximum economic efficiency of functioning of a complex. Feature of work is application of a relative scale for criterion functions and a method of the minimum deviation from an ideal point.
