Identification of authors and personal data in electronic library systems

The article is dedicated to certain issues of development of electronic library indexes and the national system of authority files within the innovation activity of libraries: the citation rate of authors, Russian Scientific Citation Index and alternative graphics for bibliographic notes; institutional repository for the scope of library resources and memorial objects in the system of regional natural history sources. The issues of arranging full-text sources at the current stage of cyberspace development are set forth.
