Questions of creation of new materials for manufacturing electronic and optoelectronics devices on the basis of quantum structures are considered. It is offered to alloy by means of a neutron irradiation semiconductors own isotopes. Such isotopic nanotechnology will provide high quality of manufacture of element base VOSP.
