Formation of the channel of outflow of the infringer

In clause process of transformation of the open channels between participants of an information exchange in the channel with mistakes is investigated. Thus it is offered to use the channel between participants of an information exchange with smaller probability of a mistake, than the channel of outflow used by the infringer.
