Algorithm of search of the outwardly-internal center of pre-fractal graphs with preservation of contiguity of old edges

In article the problem about the outwardly-internal centre on pre-fractal graphs is considered, the contiguity of which old edges remains. The algorithm of search of the outwardly-internal centre for the first time is offered. Questions of computing complexity of algorithm are investigated.
