Evaluation model of influence of information system flexibility on efficiency of business process

In article classification of flexibility of information systems is given. Characteristics of business process, stages of decision-making on distribution of investment are described at designing and use of information system, and also the evaluation model of influence of flexibility of information system on efficiency of business process and its possible application is resulted.
