Theoretical information science. Informodynamical approach to the information and control

The offered text of the report is based on the recently published book “Informodynamics” [1] and has by the purpose not an explanation of the fundamentals of new science, but an introduction in it, an acquaintance of listeners with some new approaches and information realities of an up-to-day view on theoretical problems of the information science.
