Construction of low-speed speech changing devices on the basis of a method of a linear prediction with the mixed excitation

Questions of designing of low bit rate speech vocoders on the basis of a method of a linear prediction with the mixed excitation are considered. It has been shown, that proposed vocoder provides high word discrimination with saving of narrator's recognizability and intonation tinge.
