Computing, Telecommunication and Control is an international peer–reviewed open access scientific journal, the topics of which are intelligent and telecommunication systems, information technology, radio engineering and communications.

Our mission is to publish works of exceptional scholarly quality, covering state-of-the-art advances, research findings, theoretical and practical problems in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, and control, including such major fields as micro- and nanoelectronics, artificial intelligence, quantum communications and computing.

The Computing, Telecommunication and Control strives to preserve the scholarly traditions and expertise accumulated in the Russian academia, while being open to new ideas and addressing the international scientific community. The editors are committed to the publication ethics, aiming to select the most relevant and scientifically significant papers.

Original scientific articles, reviews and short reports in English are accepted for publication. All papers are subject to single-blind peer review by highly acclaimed referees, whose expertise most closely matches the manuscript’s topic.

Publication in the journal is open and free for all authors regardless of the affiliations. All publishing expenses are covered by the Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. There is no embargo period.

The journal is registered with the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) of the Russian Federation with the Certificate of registration ЭЛ № ФС 77-77378.

The journal is included in the List of leading peer-reviewed scientific journals and other editions to publish major findings of theses for the research degrees of Doctor of Sciences and Candidate of Sciences.
