          <abstract lang="ENG">It is considered that the longer signal accumulation in a plane of a phototarget of the optical receiver, the proportionally a bigger signal collects. In article it is shown that only at small durations accumulation there is a proportional growth of a signal on a receiver exit. At increase in time of accumulation even to typical durations can and not occur at all signal increases at a receiver exit that can sharply lower sensitivity of receivers.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">At trace evidence observation algorithms of optimal reception which are traditionally used in marine radiolocation don't allow to reach high probabilities of traces detection at fixed false alarm probability. This article is devoted to method of contrasting signal reception at trace evidence observation. The theory of contrasting signal reception at nonlinear receiver is outlined. Structural diagrams of contrasting receivers are provided. Methods for calculation of the contrasting receivers detection and false alarm probability are regarded.</abstract>

Our model successfully explains three types of survey data: mobile phone personal ownership, usage, and household penetration.</abstract>
