          <abstract lang="ENG">Problems of application of radar interferometry for digital elevation model constructing and displacements estimation of oilfields in West Siberia are examined and resolved in this article. Experience of study and adaptation of interferogram computation technique due to radar observation of area with difficult landscape (wetland, dense forest, peatbog) from the point of InSAR processing are summarized. Compare with geodesic survey results is conducted and estimation of applicability of InSAR technique is done.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">At measurement of co-ordinates of objects in radar-tracking, optic-locational and so forth systems traditionally it is considered that the best measuring instrument of co-ordinates and on simplicity of hardware realization, and on accuracy of measurement of co-ordinates is measurement by criterion of the maximum credibility. It is show that the split-hair accuracy of measurement of co-ordinates such measuring instrument corresponds to only not deformed forms of signals. The top estimation mean-square measurement errors by criterion of its minimum for the typical form and typical distortions of the form of signals of type “smaza” images is received.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">In given clause the author considers an operating mode of hierarchical system joint crypto-and imito-protection of the information with use alternates codes at a stage of generation q-ary key sequences. For the given system in clause the top and bottom borders of linear complexity of the sequences received as a result of a nonlinear combination q-ary sequences, read out with various outputs of the same linear registers of shifts with feedback are resulted. It is shown, that the number of sequences with the maximal linear complexity in a limit is infinitely great and in a limit compared with the general number of sequences with the set characteristic polynomial. The conditions shown to nonlinear function of a combination at which linear complexity of sequence satisfies to the top border are formulated.</abstract>
