        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
The article focuses on the network-centric approach to the development of the «internet of things» concept by creating an interactive remote control system for robotic objects. This approach was used in a series of space experiments conducted by specialists of Center for Robotics and Technical Cybernetics and SPbGPU. To describe the network infrastructure we propose to use a hierarchical approach which allows to distinguish three levels of information interaction processes between network objects, particularly onsurface robots and human operator. In the paper is proposed the second mesoscopic level that describes informational transmission processes associated with the formation of virtual connections with the desired level of quality of service, in particular the packet delay values to ensure the telepresence of operator in zone operations.

        <abstracts>
This article focused on control methods for characteristics of packet network traffic based on prioritization and probabilistic push-out mechanism. On the example of two-flow queuing system (QS) with a limited amount of buffer memory and packets processing algorithm with a replacement probability of non-priority packet by priority packets parameter studied statistical characteristics of a QS with prioritized packets processing. Proposed a way to summarize obtained results for multi-flow QS of the same type, which are used in modern cloud computing environments and cyber-physical systems of class like «internet of things». Considered algorithms are applied on the third level of hierarchical model of robotic remote control system, described in article «Network-centric approach to creating a remote control system for a robotic object from a board of an orbital station» in this issue of this journal. In this model for communicating with robot are used dynamically generated virtual connections.

Starting with the set of modeled microprocesses (behavior of individual agents) we have an opportunity to observe the states of the macroprocess – the behavior of economic system in a whole. <abstracts>
An analytic approach is presented to obtain a probability distribution function of the state-vector of piecewise linear systems which have four domains (quarter spaces) of linearity. The approach is based on the use of the Pugachev–Sveshnikov equation for the characteristic function and its reduction to the parametric Riemann Boundary Value Problem for bi-half planes. The Crandall's problem for the controlled dry friction, which is switched off when body's velocity is over a critical level, is solved as an instance of application of the derived theory. The asymptotic behavior of the displacement of a body, placed on a randomly oscillating foundation, and occupation time, while velocity is under the critical level, are explored.

This is based on a joint digital processing of the input short pulse signal and a corresponding output. In order to measure the frequency response function, a short current pulse is applied to the shunt input; input and output signals of the shunt are recorded in a digital  scilloscope memory; then spectra of these two signals are computed. Amplitude and phase responses are determined by the arithmetic ratio of spectral components of the input and output signals at appropriate frequencies.

We propose a multiagent genetic optimization method implementing different decision searching strategies, including a simulation module. The comparison of the different scheduling methods has shown: firstly, the unsuitability of the MS Project planning method to solve the formulated problem; and secondly, both the advantage of the multiagent genetic optimization method in terms of economic effect and disadvantage in terms of performance. Some techniques to reduce the impact of the method’s disadvantage are proposed in the conclusion, as well as the aims of future work.

Considered different types of missing values and general approaches to dealing with missing data. This paper provides an overview of the most common methods of missing data estimation, and presents an original hybrid adaptive method of estimation with neuro-fuzzy control.
