The most widespread estimation is a false error rate. This one highly depends on acoustic similarity of keywords to non-keywords in the certain test speech dataset. This paper proposes an approach which allows to reduce this drawback.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">In article the problem of revealing of an author's copy among cluster web-documents is considered. The method of definition of the original web-document on the basis of calculation of authorship, completeness of subjects of all web-resource, the quotability principle and other additional estimations of value of a web-resource is offered. As a result of work the general formula with the calculated factors is received, allowing to define the original in cluster doubles.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">In this article the fuzzy neural network model of the data intellectual analysis and of the reception of decision making rules is described. The algorithm of its training is offered. The results of the given algorithm efficiency comparison with other decisions are resulted. On an example of a medical diagnostics task the efficiency of the offered approaches use for the expert systems knowledge bases formation in various fields of human activity is shown.</abstract>

All technological restrictions at trace performance are revealed. The decoder which is carrying out placing of modules on a crystal taking into account technological restrictions for performance of the subsequent connection of modules (trace) is developed.</abstract>
