Functionally-complete tolerant element
Singularities of saving of logic functions are considered at failures and it is shown that for saving of constants at failures and malfunctions it is necessary to use triple redundancy – majoritation. By the authors offered functionally complete tolerant (FCT) elements are analyzed which provide saving of the functional completeness at the given failure pattern. Basis element FCT+ with function 2OR-NOT on CMOS transistors saving this function at the single-valued constant failures is offered and is analyzed.

Modified approach for image reconstruction of two dimensional signals
New approach for image reconstruction is described in this paper. The approach uses modified exemplar-based method (EBM). This modification let us choose suboptimal adaptive shape and block size, for which is found similar blocks, them number increase with rotation of found similar blocks. In this paper have shown image reconstruction efficiency depends on block size for EBM. This approach lets us take less reconstruction error that original method аnd another known image reconstruction methods. It was showed efficiency of new approach with several examples.

System structure forming of output qualimetrical characteristics of cinematographic system
А system structure of the output qualitative characteristics of film systems that determine the quality of services for movie screenings is formulated in this article. It is shown that this structure has a hierarchical structure, including private, generalized characteristics and integral criteria. It is shown that the basis for evaluation of qualitative characteristics are subjective psychophysical and functional expertise. Shown that the designed structure is the basis of a generalized algorithm for qualitative estimations of subjective quality of cinema.

Cone optimality in game dynamic problem with every player’ vector payoffs
The dynamic linear – quadratic two player’ game problem with vector m1 (m2)-component payoff for the first (the second) player is studied. As a problem’s decision the cone equilibrium is considered. As a rule, there are a lot of such situations. In article an equilibrium situation refinement on the expert estimation basis is offered. The dynamic game problem with vector payoffs is reduced to a noncooperative differential two person’ game. The equilibrium decision in last problem is studied under recipes of the Bellman’s dynamic programming. The modeling example is presented.

Measuring color differences based on the color perception model
A new approach to measuring color differences is proposed. The new approach is used directly in the non-uniform color space wherein there is no transformation of this space to a uniform color space. The methods allow for influence of non-uniformity of the standard color space.

Hardware-software complex of dynamic-entropy monitoring of heart rate
This paper presents a new software product study of fractal component of heart rate variability. As is known, the hierarchical and structural self-similarity of restored attractors biomedical signals allow us to consider their fractal properties. Currently, the authors examine these characteristic parameters, using either the-shelf software tools, either by writing your own code. In the present paper attempts to summarize the most important fractal indicators, leading the study of fractal components in real time mode.
