Controller consists of two boards: a development (kit) board (with placed CPLD) and the additional board designed by us. Two boards allow to create fast a simple and a low cost controller connected to PCI bus with the timescale synchronized to GPS or UTC time and one reference generator to clock on the all frequency-dependent components.</abstract>

Calculation of the soil intense-deformed condition in common with the pile basis under springboards of a multipurpose sports complex is shown. Possibility of the decision of the given problem on the basis of the same technologies is shown, as at modeling of work of a separate pile. Importance of the account of mutual influence of two springboards against each other, nonlinear behavior of soils, and also ground waters is shown. Interaction of designs of springboards and a soil file under them is considered.</abstract>

An outline of producing fuzzy rules that approximate given table-based function is described. Results of experiments comparing proposed approach with Mamdani-type systems are given. Practical task of prognosis for a disease based on patient’s state that solved by proposed fuzzy system is described.</abstract>

Existence of some restrictions and the assumptions essentially influencing a course of designing of unique metal designs is revealed. The shown design procedures allow to consider real rigidity of central connections, to analyze behavior of a design in nonlinear statement.</abstract>

We introduce a new approach to approximate searching in trees which uses set of allowed subtree transformations for target tree. Each allowed transformation is assigned with some weight and the problem is to find the minimal total weight of transformations which allow to match pattern tree with the target.</abstract>

The issues of arranging full-text sources at the current stage of cyberspace development are set forth.</abstract>
