          <abstract lang="ENG">An algorithm for image processing and image compression, using the methods of mathematical 3-D morphology that is one of the most progressive means of intelligent systems in image analysis, is considered. The main point of the algorithm is analysis of color information and marking out the object shape, using morphological techniques, as well as image slicing on subsets-layers, that can carry an important meaning, like regions and objects in cartography.</abstract>

          <artTitle lang="ENG">Improving the precision of Bayesian classifier for text documents</artTitle>
        </artTitles>
        <abstracts>
          <abstract lang="ENG">The problem of automatic text document categorization is considered. It is shown that the immediate implementation of Bayesian classifier provides quite low categorization precision due to strong statistical dependence of feature vector elements. A solution to this problem is proposed, which is based on transforming the document feature vector into the one with higher dimension and weaker statistical dependency between its elements.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">The synthesis and analysis of joint estimation algorithm of time delay, mathematical expectation and dispersion of wide-band random impulse with inaccurately known duration observed against white noise and bandpass interference with inaccurately known intensities on the basis of the maximum likelihood method has been implemented. The influence of anomalous errors to accuracy of time delay estimation has been considered. Functionability of offered measurer and the applicability boundaries of asymptotically exact formulas for its characteristics by statistical modeling methods have been set.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">With the strong sea wave or a storm, because of the masking of reflections from the drive hydrometeor, worsening radar visibility wake with investigative observations. In these conditions for breeding the wake can be used in methods of polarization selection of radar signals. Article deals with the polarization method of deployment. A theory of polarization target selection on the background of reflections from the sea surface. Block diagrams of the indicator and the deployment of the polarization analyzer of the envelope of pulses reflected from the selected area on the surface of the sea. We consider their application for the selection of reflections from ripples on the background of reflections from sea waves.</abstract>

Web-SynDic implements (via web-browser) access to two original pseudopolynomial algorithms for searching Hilbert basis (SHB) of homogenous linear Diophantine equation systems associated with context-free grammars (Syntactic and TransSol) as well as to algorithms of other authors (SlopesSys, lp_solve and GLPK). Web-SynDic supports bulk testing of implementations of SHB algorithms and experimental analysis of their practical efficiency.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">In this article the problem of the interest coordination for the parties, having incoincident sights on the results of functioning of the complex control system, is studied. For this purpose the differential cooperative game without side payments is considered. The decisions are examined from positions of corresponding multicriteria problems and a cone optimality. The decision on the basis of criteria convolution with the factors proportional to left eigenvector for maximum eigenvalue of the corresponding stochastic matrix is offered. The modelling example is investigated.</abstract>

The problem is reduced to the numerical solution to the initial boundary value problem for systems of partial integro-differential equations. The algorithm of the solution is based on the efficient approximating Wiener-Hopf factorization and a stationary iterative method.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">A processes manoeuvring optimization problem of submersible craft in terms of its track under a stress on both steerage and engine unit was formulated as a non-linear programming task with non-convex region of feasibility. Unconventional mathematical models and solution procedures of this problem have been proposed in present article. It has been shown that the derived solution is optimal as for a maximization speed criterion so for a maximization trajectory curvature criterion.</abstract>

The method uses conditionally stable semi-Lagrangian advection scheme for invicid fluxes with high order interpolation on unstructured mesh. The fractural step method on physical processes is used to project pressure field. In order to increase time step integration the BFECC method with limiter TVD correction is used. Flow over a Cylinder for 3D case is compared to the experimental and simulation data.</abstract>
