          <abstract lang="ENG">In article the new numerical method of integration of the ordinary differential equations (ODE) is considered. The method is based on replacement of initial continuous system with equivalent nonsynchronous pulse system. For an estimation of an error of a new method the conclusion of analytical expressions which allow to eliminate a methodical error of numerical formulas of integration (quadrature rules) for known entrance signals is presented. The computer models of a new method realised in tool systems MATLAB/Simulink and LabVIEW/Simulation Module are resulted.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">The subject of study is grounding of real magnetic field Bz distortion in the cellular radiotelephone system. By using the model aquarial ecosystem it became possible to describe behaviorally the perception of electro-magnetic emission (EME) in the near-field zone of telephone receiver (TR) by fish and to record the response in the form of motion activity in vivo (MA). The fluctuation range of EME TR includes also the frequencies close to the cerebral biorhythms of animals and humans, so the pathological behavioral parameters in vivo revealed in the experiments can be used in the medical practice and in the working out the regulating principles of safety for the people.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">Paper presents the analysis of signaling traffic model in Intelligent Networks based on the application of theory for BCMP networks. Based on the analysis results the method for calculating the post-selection delay which occur in the process of establishing a connection for IN service is introduced. As an example of Intelligent Service Freephone from Capability Set 1 is taken and post-selection delay is calculated for it.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">A method of precise measurements of coordinates and velocities of moving objects based on high-speed digital photography data analysis is observed. We investigate forced oscillations of pendulum and system of two coupled pendula. Parameter of models, which were used to describe these systems, where identified using computer processing of experimental data. Discovered difference of model and experiment led to more accurate definition of original model (transition from viscous damping to turbulent damping). Described method is a high-informative approach for mechanical motions analysis and identification of mechanical systems.</abstract>
