        <p>Analysis of the publications on the subject of the article is carried out in the article. A logical and algebraic description of the transport and logistics system is being given, a formal description of the unit operations, transport and logistics operations, transportation and logistics process are introduced. Semantics of the transport logistics operation is interpreted by logic of the predicate calculus. Intellectualization of the transport logistics system is associated with self-organization of the transport logistics process and with automatic search of solutions in the space of states. The adequacy of the model is demonstrated by the practical example.</p>
