        <p>This paper discusses physical conditions of the origin of VLF Atmospheric Radio Noise, summarizes its statistical characteristics and daily and seasonal variation in its intensity. It also examines general regularities in the diurnal variation of the envelope of Atmospheric Radio Noise field strength and describe the information and measurement system operates.</p>
