        <p>We have focused on the problem of image segmentation of earth surface using intelligent information technologies. The application expediency of genetic algorithms to receive suboptimum results of the image segmentation on the basis of clustering algorithms under uncertainty has been shown. We have offered to use artificial neural networks to specify segmentation results received on the base of clustering algorithms under uncertainty.</p>
