In the article new technology intelligent decision support for the management of natural resources and environmental protection is described. The method of solving optimization ecological problems using genetic algorithms is proposed. The possibility of using fuzzy set theory and the analytic hierarchy process to select the best alternative in the decision support systems in the field of environmental management is showed.
