Within this paper authors develop formalized approach for managing IS-enabled organizational transformation with the use of multi-criteria decision making SMARTS method and fuzzy-sets theory. The provided approach is meant to assist in designing rational set of organizational change management measures during information system implementation project under the condition of cost and time limitations.
