        <p>Problems of technological designing of seaports and terminals as typical examples of complicated man-machine systems, consisting in necessity to reduce time and increase construction efficiency of similar objects and caused by absolutely untenable level of automation are considered. Efficiency of simulation modeling application to solve this problem is shown and the corresponding technique is offered.</p>
