        <p>The article offers a new approach to the statistical analysis of the reliability characteristics, oriented to providing of the reliable functioning of responsible setting wares, which is based on the estimation of the reliability characteristics boundary values. On the basis of the conducted research the developed engineering techniques, which can be represented in the form of a specialized software product, which will allow use of the mathematical apparatus of the specialists, not deeply familiar with the apparatus of order statistics.</p>
