        <p>The paper proposes a multi-level model of the structure of information systems based on the definition of a system that implements a system-oriented approach. Also developed methods for assessing the relationship between the strata of multilevel models based on the idea of solving the matrix G.S. Pospelov and information systems approach to the analysis of A.A. Denisov.</p>
