      <abstract xml:lang="en">
        <p>Method of robust control system synthesis based on the solution of linear-quadratic optimization problem is suggested. Robust systems are considered as minimal sensitivity in respect to uncertain parameters and perturbations of the controlled object. Efficiency of the method is illustrated for the problem of oscillation system control.</p>
