        <p>The methodology of detection and correction of interruptions out of the report in networks of data transmission of State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia is considered. The methodology assumes four basic stages: definition of the specification of the report corresponding to a normal mode of operation; formation and check of an admissibility of incorporated conditions; formation of procedure of fixing of time of a logic way; restoration of processes of an information exchange. Each of stages assumes working out of the corresponding software.</p>
