        <p>In the present study investigation of heart rate variability (sequence of time intervals between normal RS-complexes of the electrocardiogram) by means of fractal method comes to a sustainable trend. The presented paper describes a number of difficulties associated with the use of the method and offers an alternative approach to solving them. Software based on this approach is created. Its work is demonstrated by the normal cardiac rhythm.</p>
