        <p>A new approach to solving the problems of detecting and determining the parameters of chirp signals based on the instantaneous flow of additional processing of the spectra obtained by FFT, which provides compensation for the distributed and lumped station noise and fluctuation noise, which is based on finding the cross correlation of the instantaneous spectra with each other, the allocation vector-variable, obtaining the average spectrum of the analyzed frames.</p>
