A mathematical model for predicting the optical properties (refractive index and absorption) of the simulated tissue (epidermis, upper dermis, the lower layer of the dermis, blood and blood corpuscles) and determine the velocity of blood in the capillary, the illuminated laser beam for the case in vivo. In this case, blood cells are modeled by irregularly shaped particles of various sizes, randomly oriented in free space.
