        <p>This article describes the stages of ranking of human needs by expert method. There is offered the system of sets of human needs that are implemented in various activities for hospitality services. The ranking of human needs of the hotel complex’s client is done the depending on the purpose of stay at the hotel. The author proposes matrix of human needs for hospitality services. This matrix is based on the relationship between needs and human activities.</p>
